New Adult Medical Marijuana Card – In-Person (Cash) – $160
Our In-Person New Med Card (Cash Payment) service provides a full in-clinic evaluation for first-time adult patients, with the option to pay your clinic fee in cash. Bring a valid Oklahoma ID (or U.S. passport with acceptable proof of residency) and email access for OMMA communication. During your appointment, our licensed physician will guide you through the application process and submit your OMMA application. OMMA fees are paid separately online with a debit or credit card (no Amex). Most cards arrive within 2–3 weeks and are valid for 2 years.
