Comprehensive In-Clinic Evaluation for Patients Under 18

New Minor Medical Marijuana Card – In-Person, Two Physicians – $260

Our In-Person New Minor Med Card service provides a complete in-clinic evaluation for patients under 18, including the two required physician recommendations. A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment to ensure all documentation is accurate. Minors can use a birth certificate if they do not have a state ID. Once processed, the medical marijuana card is valid for 2 years or until 30 days after the patient’s 18th birthday. (OMMA fees are paid separately at submission.)
